Should you have a question which is not listed below please do not hesitate to contact us using any of the methods described on our Make Contact page.

1. Why should we work with you as opposed to other tendering consultancies?

No other company has our expertise in tendering, combined with in-depth knowledge of the defence and security sectors. Our ability to provide personnel from a military and security background to manage and / or write your tender is our unique offering!

2. How do you set your fees?

In order to provide a quote for completing a tendering project, we ask to see the tender documents so we can estimate the amount of time required.  In the event that a project takes longer than quoted, our price does not increase.  On larger projects we can quote a day rate to provide a specific amount of support.

3. Where can I find information on security best practice?

The Centre for the Protection of the National Infrastructure offers free security advice on their website: www.cpni.gov.uk

4. Is my company too small to bid for MOD contracts?

The MOD has a stated aim to do business with SMEs, with information available online at: www.contracts.mod.uk/smes.  As part of our initial consultation with any potential client we will assess their suitability for the contract and assist them with the decision to bid.  We have actually dissuaded several potential clients from bidding because we believed they would struggle to win the contract.

5. Are MOD contracts still available even though the news mentions defence cutbacks?

Despite cutbacks in some areas there are still significant opportunities for suppliers. The MOD spends over £14 billion annually and over the last 5 years the MOD has placed over 27,000 contracts, so a wealth of defence and security tendering and procurement opportunities are available.

6. Where can I find current MOD tenders?

The website www.contracts.mod.uk gives comprehensive information regarding MOD procurement and current tenders.
