We engaged the services of Defence and Security Tender Services to assist us with a complex tender for the Defence Scientific and Technology Laboratory. We would like to thank Mike Raynor for delivering a great training package. He ran workshops and one-to-one training sessions covering bid management, bid writing and issues specific to MOD tenders. Mike Raynor provided bid consultancy services regarding a bid for an MOD contract, and drafted project documents for an ongoing MOD contract. He storyboarded all the responses for the Technical Section of the bid and worked with subject matter experts to populate those storyboards. Mike also completed comprehensive Risk Management and Configuration Management Plans for the ongoing project. We subsequently scored 100% in the Technical Section of our bid and the project documents for the ongoing project were accepted without amendments.
